Have you checked the capacity/charge of the battery in the drone. Throughout these dji sites you will find many emails on many problems with dead batteries! I suspect you have battery problems Yes, common problem with new pilots on drones is orientation In flight. Haha, been there, done that!!

I fail to see how this flight was in “mode C/class C space” . Llooking at the lat/long, this flight was more than 30 mile from the Detroit airspace. The magenta c means there is ctaf frequency for the airport.
