    I was thinking of putting in a shim on the camera's gimbal anchor point to falsify the level and see how it reacts. That is not my preferred option...

    Zenmuse H3-2D anti-drop covers

    Thanks. So what is the actual purpose of these screws/covers? Is it so the gimbal's two pieces (separated by the cushions) do not separate in a crash?

    I installed the gimbal as per the instructions on my Phantom2. After my first flight, which lasted about 15mins, I noticed the 4 small anti-drop covers and screws had all gone. The instructions say to finger tighten them, which is what i did. So, what are these for? I see many pictures online...
