I would not attempt it without both attachment points, as the controller gets quite top-heavy. Last thing you want is to rip your remote by attaching it to only one point.

I do pretty much all of my editing in Adobe Premiere Pro CC, whilst marking up/editing audio in Adobe Audition CC. Flawless integration between those two really speeds up my editing workflow.

Just a final update. The broken P3S has been stripped for parts, while the controller has been modded to an Inspire-holder one. And to top it off: time flies when you're having fun flying!

Well, I got an Inspire mount fitted as well, which holds my iPad Air perfectly. As I also regularly use a Lifeproof Nüüd iPad case (waterproof, shockproof, dustproof) I also use an extention part. Without that the mount will only hold the iPad Air WITHOUT its case. Amazon.com: Extended Mount...

In the Dutch landscape by which I'm surrounded it's all about lines and angles.... (O, and an occasional landmark from an unusual perspective... Such as a ye olde Dutch windmill.. :-) )

As far as my knowledge goes I'd say it would mean that the controller has to discharge via the USB-port. I can't imagine that this will work. I usually use a backup-battery/portable charger to charge my iPad/HTC One M7. At some point I still want to mod this to be able to attach it to the steel...
