I used this course. UAS/Drone Remote Pilot Test Prep for Part 107 (Init & Recur)… on Udemy.com. I found it on sale on day for $10.99 since I had used this site for other courses. Very thorough, especially in the charts, where a lot of the test is concentrated.

I use my old 2nd gen iPad mini wifi only with my P3A and have had no problems.

The batteries require ground ship only I believe.

A new pilot myself since Dec 2019. Purchased a P3A used. Been using my iPhone 6+ or my iPad Mini 2 with no problems other than the glare on sunny days. With my 68 year old eyes, I appreciate the larger screen of the iPad.

Realizing this is an old thread, being a newbie just wondering. P3A, 3 batteries. At the end on the flight, is it better to recharge the batteries before packing them up, knowing it may a couple of weeks before I have the opportunity to fly again. Or leave them in the discharged state, to charge...

Loved seeing your neighborhood, I am new to this and have gone to you tube to find gimbal settings that have made the movement much smoother. Made my videos nicer. Here’s the link if you are interested.
