That is unreal! I have some footage from Dartmoor, unfortunately not sunset as the walk to the top of the tor was 45mins, I'd have got back in the dark and all those sheep scare the hell out of me. My footage is no where near as good as yours.
Went camping there at the end of August. The farmer was kind enough to let me fly the drone on his land. The video is in 1080p 60fps but for some reason Youtube is defaulting to lower...
Have some footage of a tor in dartmoor too, need to get around to editing that. The people that saw me...
Just seems bizarre to me. The return to home button worked well. A button you double click would be far nicer. Or even a knob you turn to start the craft and turn it off to stop the engines, works well for cars! I'd hate to know if I was driving down the motorway and it I shifted into 6th...
I disagree. I was very close close to activating it. It should be a button and I cannot see any reason why it isn't. It's very strange that they don't have an engines off button instead. That's all I'm saying. There is no good reason for it to be set up the way it is. It's a shame without that...
What I mean is I came very close to activating it trying to get an artistic shot. Why do they even have it when a button could do the job it just seems a massive oversight.
I mean when you put both sticks outwards or inwards it stops the engines. So yeah not landing I meant engines off. Anyone know why that is a stick maneuver instead of having a button for engines off.
Does anyone know why the landing maneuver has to be done with the sticks as opposed to having a button to do it? I was flying the other day and trying to get a good turn and descend and almost activated it. It was only when I was about to move the right stick I stopped and just saved the drone...
Just confirmed with the manual. I was in P mode on the controller. But like I said I've not used that before. I've only used A mode. But I see what your saying as A mode doesn't use gps for stabilisation it would suggest I got confused.
However it does seem to be GPS assisted mode. Any ideas...
I bought mine from jessops. I went in to get the standard and they up sold me to the advanced. I was so happy. I got an extra battery a couple of weeks later. They had a really good offer on at the time. I was happy to pay a little more to get it somewhere I could take it back if I had an issue...
What you said. I spent hours watching drone crash compilations on YouTube to see the mistakes people make. It seems flying backward or in too much wind or low in trees are the biggest culprits.
