I read somewhere that folks were concerned about landing gear cracks so I checked mine and to my horror all 4 legs are cracked in the same place. My Phantom has never ever been landed hard and has never ran into any object. This has to be default with DJI cheap plastic like the former Phantoms...

Mine has almost the same looking cracks and I can assure everyone that my P4p has been landed like it was landing on a pillow every flight. However, I do hold it by the legs when doing the DJI dance.

Happened here also and yes it was pretty windy. I also thought the Phantom was falling out the sky and really relieved when it returned to normal. Only the once though.
