I figured out the solution. I had to decrease the gain on the motors. I still have to fine tune it, but at least the shake is gone. There's some jello, but all I gotta do is balance the props.
The Phantom shakes like crazy when I attach a Sony QX-10 gimbal on it. I don't think it's the gimbal because if I hold the Phantom or the gimbal in my hands, the footage is nice and stable. But in the air, it starts shaking. And not like jello-vibration shaking, I mean shaking like a dog that...
True. What modifications are required for the 4000mAh battery? If you're talking about about the battery door, they sell this: http://www.shapeways.com/model/1110056/ ... terialId=6
Yeah, I use my Phantom mainly for photo and video, so my main concerns regarding props are jello-free footage and longer flight times. I do understand they are dangerous, as seen in this video(http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=8d9_1407980380) so I will take extra precautions when using them.
Just bought 2 sets of these for my Phantom FC40: http://www.ebay.com/itm/251481829026?_t ... EBIDX%3AIT
What are the advantages of these CF props? What's the difference between the 8" and the 9" props?

1. Get a vibration isolator like this, very cheap: http://www.amazon.com/DJI-Phantom-Vibra ... B00BS4FDWW
2. Balance your propellers or buy prebalanced/carbon fiber props
3. Use image stabilization software
Or combine all three for...
Oh I won't be storing them for that long. I have 5 stock batteries, all fully charged at the time of this post. Tommorow when I'm out filming about 24 or so hours from now, I know it will probably lose some charge but how much? How much energy can I expect for tommorow's flights? I'm using the...
4 batteries came in the mail today! Nothing special, just the original ones that came with the Phantom.
One more question, let's say I charge these batteries up and I leave them there, how long do they last before they start to lose energy?
Thanks for the suggestion, I actually own one haha. I meant a gimbal for point-and-shoots that would work on the Phantom. My apologies, I should have been more clear.
