The bearings are not sealed, just shielded, which means they only keep the big stuff out, dust easily can affect them. The proper way to service the bearings is to take apart the motor, remove the bearings, take the clips off the shields, remove shields. Clean all parts, then put a very slight...

T8FG originally was just 8 channels, but with the software upgrade to the T8FGS makes it 14 channels, making them the same except for the labels.

Most likely a bad ESC, or a loose connection around the ESC's location, doubt the motor is bad since the LED cuts out as well.

Agree the easiest way to tell, just grip each motor after every flight, if one is getting hot you will easily tell the difference. At that point you'll probably have to lubricate the bearings.
