I had the same problem on January 6,2016. when it landed (beside a stone wall) I could nit stop the engines. all props were broken off, 2 prop guards and 2 arms broke on the Phantom. The only way it would turn off was when I pulled the battery. A very bad landing. Luckily it was in a snow bank...
