How did OREO drop Cookies from the DJI? Or is there a payload mod somewhere?

Easiest method by far. Coat hanger and duct tape. No need for sensors, electronic releases, ect. No chance of line dragging your bird into the ocean either.

    Update Go or not?

The map issue was bird side, or a miscommunication with the Android app. Don't think it has anything to do with internet connection on the tablet. But regardless, that was fixed in the latest Android app update. You should update. Sent from my SM-S820L using Tapatalk

    What is DJI OEM?

What I mean is, is there any other data stored in flight log files other than the speed, altitude, Time, and height of the aircraft? Perhaps, number of sattelites connected, when sattelites drop connection, motor rpm's, battery life usage, heading, ect. Sent from my SM-S820L using Tapatalk

    What is DJI OEM?

Is there any indication in the flight log data whether the battery is DJI or 3rd party? Sent from my SM-S820L using Tapatalk

    Drone Logbook

I grabbed a spare field book from work (land surveyor) for exactly this. I only have 3 flights completed thus far, but I would like to log details such as weather, flight time/duration, and location. Obviously, much of that is in the flight logs, but I would rather have a hard-copy...

    GPs problem

Also depending on the application. Consumer grade GPS (car navigation) is going to be less accurate than the GPS systems I use when doing construction surveying. That was the only point I was trying to make. His blanket statement of "GPS isn't accurate" is ambiguous and debatable. Sent from...

    GPs problem

In your area of expertise (yachting, I believe?) GPS and GloNass systems may be operating on a limited number of frequencies. As apprised to, again, survey grade equipment operating on L1 and L2 frequency bands. Accuracy is most definitely higher than 3-10m as you stated. We are able to Archieve...

    GPs problem

Survey grade equipment in the United States uses GloNass sat systems. So I wouldn't necessarily say it is "limited" to Russian military ops. Unless I am misinterpreting your responce somewhere.
