I have this same issue with my iPad mini 3. I suspect that it has something to do with the RAM. The iPad 3 has 512MB, and the iPad mini 3 has 1GB.
I believe that the updates use more RAM so I will be upgrading to the iPad mini 4.

I just told them that I would have to be really trying to see through a window. I also told them that when the battery gets too low or the drone gets too far then it will return to where it took off without doing any damage to a home.

I registered my drone with FAA for $5, and one time the cops were called and they approached me nicely. They asked how long I had it and I showed them my registration on my phone. They talked to the people and I haven't had any problems since. On quite a few occasions people have approached me...
I took off my drone without really looking around and as it went up it slammed upwards into a power line. Lucky for me it was perfectly centered and I was able to just lower the altitude to free it.

I was experiencing problems with the video feed on my mini 3 and then I tried the dji app on my phone and there was no problems. I have the 6s Plus and there is more RAM

I have the iPad mini 3 and I'm already considering upgrading to the iPad Pro 9.7 or the iPad mini 4 because there is more ram in those devices. The iPad mini 3 only contains 1GB while the iPad mini 4 contains 2GB
