I am first time drone pilot flying a DJI Phantom 3 Standard. Although I am a pilot this is the first time I am flying an aircraft via an external point of view. I plan on using the Phantom for commercial purposes and thus I will be seeking an FAA exception. This forum was very helpful to me in researching the drone market and flying the Phantom for the first time. I thought I would contribute to this community in return via my personal experiences for those that might benefit from them as I have when I have questions.
