I'm trying to get the smoothest video playback from my V2+ but am encountering some difficulty because playback, after editing, is choppy. I have a class 10 card in the camera and am using Prodrenalin for my initial modifications to the video. How can I find out what is causing this choppiness...

I too purchased one of the protectors and am quite happy with it. You do have to modify the gimble protector but that is easily accomplished with a Dremmel.

Did the foil mod yesterday. On a clear day I was getting 4-5 sats from my backyard. Yesterday was very overcast and I was picking up 5-6 within 15 seconds. hoping for good weather today to do some testing.

What's the best protection, in your opinions? I know of two things that are used to protect the camera and gimble. One being the crash plate mounted at the bottom of the legs, and the other being a clip that mounts on the gimbal assembly itself. I'd really like to get the best protection I can...

That's what I did. Some red Christmas ribbon and I've never forgot to remove it again.

I have this with my nexus 7. Works great. A little difficult to figure out at first but there is an amazon review that explains how to mount it. You'll have the hang of it in no time. Also, an anti glare screen protector aids in visibility
