    Lower shutter speed is the key to more cinematic capture. Because of the fixed aperture lens (f2.8), you'll need a set of ND filters (at least X4, X8, X16) to lower the shutter speed. The higher frame rate is for slowing down fast motion. The faster shutter speed is for crisper pictures; but...

    Why no mention of shutter speed? You need a slower shutter speed to make smoother video. Because the lens is wide open, you'll need ND filters to slow it down.
