Well according the the DCNR website that document is ALL of the rules for ALL of PA state parks. I'm sure he will come up with some thing.
But I guess what I would do is print a copy of that document and carry it with you when you fly in a state park. When you get stopped produce the paper...

PA state park rules and regulations. I did real this fairly thoroughly a few months ago. Also just now searched the document for the words "UAS" "Drone" and "UAV". ... Nothing....
I live near Pittsburgh and did a bit of research before flying in state parks. There are rules on DCNR website and state parks website but no rules about UAS. I did fly in a state park near me in plain view of the DCNR Ranger and he watch, didn't say a word to me just went about his business...

Did you take off from the point? Was considering going there and launching from the point but figured I'd get hassled by dcnr or port authority or who ever...
