The FAA is the only agency that has jurisdiction of the US airspace. Just as they can't say who or who can not fly a plane. I do believe they can regulate where you can take off from and privacy issues. But these issues will have to be figured out over time. Most likely by the Supreme Court.

If you consider that there are millions of Phamtons out there flying. I'd say the odds are you won't have an issue.

You must live close to them. I sent my P4 back for a replacement a week and a half ago. And it took more than 48hrs to get a shipping label. And now they tell me it will take over a month to get my new P4 and they have my old one now. Which is crazy. By the way I'm in Tennessee.
