    went through customer service hell with dji, but the headaches turned out to be worth it. after reviewing my flight logs they determined no pilot error, they replaced my flyaway phantom.i`ve had new one for about two weeks now, so far so good

    i had a flyway also, sent my flight logs to dji, didnt expect them to do anything on my behalf, but to my delight i will be getting a replacement delivered on 4/18/16, no cost to me!

    i`m grateful for dji covering my loss under warranty, but it was a difficult process, with very poor communication between customer and customer support. can`t wait to get flying again!

    dji looked at the flight data recorded on my android phone, flyaway was not caused by pilot error,they were able to determine that evidently by examining the flight log. i had over 150 flights with out so much as a scratch on copter, still had original props on without a scratch on them as well

    I was under the impression that dji never replaced a flyaway but to my surprise they are going to replace my Phantom 3 standard . Took them about 3 weeks to finally notify me of their decision, but I'm thrilled to be getting it replaced for free
