Excactly the same with my FC40 . It can even flip over when taking off from grass. I uses a small toolbox suitecase as takeoff pad.

You should all install a front light on Your FC. Best thing i ever done. Now it is easy to see when front i turned to you or not. Even in Bright sun. Very strong LEDs. On ebay , cost almost nothing. Stick it on with Velcro. Looks cool in the dark too. UFO -

The camera must be fully charged for best performance. But the SD card is still recording. Use of WIFI range extender is discribed n forum elsewhere and Youtube. Tried it, not so much better than stock. Guess it will depend on price quality of the WFI Extender-

You can install Sport Tracer on your phone. Then you can walk or cycle the distance and it will tell you distance.Great program for exercise. It is a bunch of other GPS programs on GPlay or I store for this also.

SAMSUNG S3 AND S4. After having downloaded VID to phone in the DJI App. they are nowere to be found- I have to restart phone before i can se the VID in the FC40 folder in the Gallery. Strange.
