Haven't posted or flown in a while but my buddy and I made a little video last weekend that I thought I'd share. Needs a little work - turns out following an airplane is a bit harder than it looks! We'll go back and get more footage to make a video that tells a whole story sometime.

The problem I have is that people have had issues shortly after takeoff. Without the screen there's no way to do a good pre-flight, checking the compass, battery cell levels, etc. I'm not even sure how you could take photos without knowing how the camera exposure is set. But, sorry - you didn't...

Seems odd to me. It takes maybe a few seconds to throw a phone or tablet onto the remote and start the app. And that's the only way to check the battery cells, adjust camera, etc etc. IMHO it seems foolish to fly without but to each his own.

Next time you're surrounded by cows just do a hand catch. Simply hover above head height, walk up and grab a leg with your right hand, hold down the left stick for 3 seconds to power off. Don't try to move it until motors are off.
