    Normal Orientation versus IOC Course Lock?

    I think the usefulness here is when you cannot see in which direction the craft is pointing to - too far away. Then the idea was when it was in home-lock, "bring it back" will come back to home....anyway, my interpretation on this.

    Discharging battery

    On day 10 they will start to discharge to 65% (which could take two days). Keep them in a well-ventilated area as they may get hot. Not in a bag, your case, etc - but well ventilated area.

    ****... Is the P3 a flawless machine?

    I updated my drone to the latest firmware - even before the first flight! - never had any problems for two weeks. a Week ago I updated to the latest SDK firmware that allows for waypoint flights. This is stll in 'Alpha' - but it works fine. Never had one issue with my P3Pro - love it!

    Another explanation maybe when you are in CL (course Lock) pushing UP on the right stick, will take the craft farther away, Pulling DOWN on the right stick, will bring it backwards, Left will move it to the left and right, move the craft to the right. No matter which way the nose is pointing...

    Anybody used DJI's carbon fiber props yet?

    hi - i do not think what you see is actualy 'blades flex' - I think it's a matter of camera-shutter speed. Ever see wheel spokes turn backwards while the car moves forward in a movie - I think it's the same concpt - but, what do I know - I could be wrong too. ;>)

    Can you use a GoPro and 3rd party gimbal on the Phantom 3?

    I am totally new to P3 - just ordered mine today. For the last two years, I have been flying my Phantom (I) with my Futaba 14SG. Is there no way one can use the Futaba with the P3P ?
