So basically all they are saying is its not ok to take pictures from the air. What a strange law to be worried about peoples privacy in public places where you can take pictures with a cell phone or camera freely.
I think you already knew the answer before you asked, If you are doubting it then I would swap it out before the problem gets worse if just for the piece of mind when flying.
Sadly if the lawmakers make it impossible to fly legally more people will fly illegally some who are flying safely atm when forced to fly illegally will go that extra step as they are already breaking the law.
Seems some of the law makers and naysayers don't get the idea of an aerial photography...
As both now utilise transceivers it would probably be better to go with controller and aircraft these days.

I did a long Google and scanned through the DCC website looking for rules or by-laws to no avail Trumple, In fact i couldn't find any rules at all regarding park usage apart from the statement "available for all users".

I may have done a silly thing, Although I haven't actually got my Phantom yet I did reach out via email to someone at Derby council to find out their rules on flying in the various country parks in Derbyshire.
Just received an email back to say due to certain by-laws no r/c flying is allowed in...
Needs work imo, Nosecone moves about too much and gets in shot. Could also do with a better gimbal.
