Formatting the card through the app should solve the problem. I had this happen alot and formatting the card each time I start a new flight takes care of the problem.

I had the same problem with mine, but an easy fix. Formatting the sd card every time you put back in the Phantom will usually fix it. Add the formatting to your preflight checklist and you should be good.
