    Pet search

Take a look at the Marco Polo tracker. Pet Tracking System | Marco Polo - Pet Tracking Made Easy The pet version fits on a collar, and drone version is a tag that is attached to the UAV. Basically you use a hand wand to walk toward the dog/drone. It is good for ~ 2 miles.

Maps Made Easy Application with P4P+

No, you are right. The problem is specifically that the P+ controller won't run external applications, and even if it could, would be limited to Android apps. You can get a second controller 4P for around $320, plus an iPad Mini 2 WiFi only for $269 if you don't already have an iPhone or iPad...

    Loosing altitude

There is a barometer in the UAV that is used to maintain altitude. Perhaps yours is going bad and needs replacement. Sounds like you are in DJI Customer Service land. Good luck.

Is there a problem with the image quality of the P4P

Sorry; I downloaded your pictures, looked at them, couldn't see any problem. Looked at my own shots with the P4P North West Escondido | Barking Deer℠ Photography Looked okay, and a print I made of that image at 13"x18" looks great. Your pictures in the snow BTW are awesome.

Polar Pro Cinema Series ND's - They're in!

As far as the gimbal guard goes, it is a really good thing to use, but I have forgotten to take it off before power up on several occasions. I got an inexpensive REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT tag that doe the trick. See photo.

Polar Pro Cinema Series ND's - They're in!

I got these directly from PolarPro Phantom 4 Pro - Cinema Series - Shutter Collection The mount is an anodized copper color metal. More pictures; closeup of filter threads; and filter on camera.

Polar Pro Cinema Series ND's - They're in!

I got the Shutter Collection and Vivid Collection today. Ordered them last month. They are really nice, and were worth the wait. Pictures of the UV filter that unscrews (the insert glass might come out so hold it carefully); the camera with no filter attached; and the case that each 3 filter...

What's Latest Thoughts on Marco Polo

No where near as elegant, but it works. There is velcro under the tag sticking it to the body. The tape is to prevent the antenna from getting caught in a bush if there is a crash.

I use Map Pilot often. It accounts for multiple batteries. It makes a map set that works well for upload to Maps Made Easy. Samples Mapping | Barking Deer℠ Photography New app is DJI GS. It is iOS only, but I use an iPad. Have not used it. For just panos, DronePan is an iOS app that is...

    Find Drone Website

I have not used this so this is not a recommendation, but if you have lost your drone (or found one) then you may want to know about this website: The best place to find your lost drone

    Enable RAW files

No, you are not clueless; it is buried in a roadblock of menus. On the DJI Go 4 app FPV view screen, look for the Camera Settings icon on the right side, just beneath the shutter button icon. It looks like 3 lines with circles, sort of like scrub bars. Selected that. A smaller daughter page...

    Tripod mode is amazing

Hey King Dad, Here is the standard dope on ND filters. To get the most "cinematic" look to your video, try to shoot so that your shutter speed is 1/(2x your frame rate). So, for 60 fps, you would want 1/120 sec. If you are already there, you don't need an ND filter. No way for us to know...
