I wouldn't worry about "bonding". The 2 halves are in contact with each other and that seems to be plenty of bonding. No problems without the tape that 2 of us have observed anyhow.

Don't need the vision app, get the litchi app, much better and free for the P2. Te P2V+ is famous for the wifi module going bad, they are not properly ventilated and heat sunk from dji. New style replacements cost 189.00. When they start to go bad, you loose your view on your phone/tablet...

I, and a friend, have both drilled our old style wifi cases, used arctic silver heat sink (youtube it), left off the copper tape, cut both ends off the case and left them open. I am now able to fly with my preview at 640 15, and my friend, who's wifi was in worse shape than mine to start with...

The part you refer to and probably need is the wifi module. I got mine at helipal.com for 189.00 plus 5.oo shipping. Picture shows old stlye non-perforated, but they ship the new cooler operating style. Even with it, it would be a good idea to use the arctic silver on it to prolong its life...

Have you tried flightreplay with the logs?

Heard back from my friend that is flying without a camera on his P2, he does get the .cvs log file on his Nexus 7.

Just looked at theGalaxy S3 that I used to use, under files, litchiapp, there is a file named flightlogs, that's where my .csv files are.

Probably won't have the litchi name, it'll be flightlogs, a .csv file. If you can't find any, maybe you don't get them without the camera stuff on the drone. A friend of mine is flying his P2V+ now without the camera, I'll see if he gets logs and let you know.
