My experiences with DJI customer services have all been first class. I’ve returned several Phantoms for repair & each time they have been replaced or repaired very quickly.

I’ve been using a CoPilot for a couple of weeks now. Works well with all my cameras (FS7, A7sII, GoPros, Phantom). Great not having to take a laptop on location any more. Shame you can’t force it to backup into pre set folders though. Otherwise it works well.
Indoor flying is little different from outside except the drone won’t use the gps. You will notice a little drift, but it’s quite manageable. I always fit the lightweight prop guards when inside. I find close-ups easy, negating the need for a separate slider rig. Not for filming people though...
I've been flying from steel ships and structures in normal flight mode with all sensors on, without much trouble. I tend to launch from my hand above my head. This helps a little with strong magnetic interference from the structure I'm standing on.
