Thanx everybody. It's going to the service. Nothing I tried helped so I guess I need a new RC. I was going to send it anyway but was hoping to find some quick solution here since I realy need it for a job on monday.

In the meantime I tried to downgrade the firmware. It was charging normally for about an hour... As for the board - if I so much as open the controller I'll lose my warranty here in Croatia. Guess I'll have to turn it in...
