It seems like the video transmission to your phone is fine. Surely this points to how the Drone is writing to the storage medium. I don't see how it can be the ribbon cable if the camera is transmitting to your phone ok. I would investigate the sd slot and card.

It's more about time holding the iron on than temp. A moderately high temp and short solder time puts less heat into other components. As suggested earlier a little practice really helps. Tinning the wires really helps aswell.
I believe the boards are different because the Pro has a higher bitrate, 100mbs vs 60mbs which will be down to the chipset on the board. The Pro also has a much higher ISO, 6400
compared to 3200 of the Standard.This is mainly down to the camera but the settings will be controlled by the board.
It maybe plastic dust from friction from two plastic parts rubbing against each other. Is the Gimbal movement easy and free..Just a first glance thought. On second thoughts it does look like corrosion as it is on the vertical side also. Strange..
Polarpro are about as good as it gets for Optical glass quality and know a bit more than DJI when it comes to making Neutral Density Filters. Imho ofcourse.
