How did you manage that then? The wire on mine isn't long enough to get it to a straight edge on the leg. Can I mount the compass elsewhere?

Terry - I literally just pondered whether this was my problem - how did you get your compass sorted? Did you have to just re-install the stock legs?

Well, that didn't work either. I re-calibrated it on a perfectly flat area, and made sure the Phantom was perfectly level too, but still yawing all over the place. It's not even in the same direction all the time, it's just drifting all over the place.

I have a Black Pearl and the past few times I've taken it out, I'll switch everything on as normal and it all works - for a few seconds. The screen will then flicker once and go blank. The only way of resolving it is by power cycling the GoPro. Anyone had anything similar or able to help? Thanks

I was on 3.08 and was trying to update to the newly release 3.12. I have got it back to working on 3.08, and 3.12 is now no longer showing on the Phantom Assistant software - are we seeing the same as what happened with 3.10, where DJI pull the upgrade?

Hi all, I just tried to upgrade the firmware on my Phantom, but as soon as I hit the upgrade button the Phantom just started beeping loudly and constantly. What can i do? Even now that I've switched it off, any time I switch it back on it just goes back to the loud beeping. Thanks for any help!

There's plenty on eBay - I just purchased on yesterday. I'm assuming it's not an original part, but looked good to me.

Crashed my Phantom today, lost some props and wrecked my gimbal - but once I'd replaced the props I took it back out to see if it was still functioning ok. It was almost impossible to handle and would not hover in one position. Would continually pull to one side and even attempting corrections...
