Had similar experience with DJI. Terrible customer service I will for sure never purchase anything with DJI on it again They suck with regards to service

I too have had issues with my P3A both were resolved ( eventually). Dji response was , to say the least, laid back and time consuming, very poor customer service at best.

just received my p3a back from Holland dji it was repaired under warranty when it fell out the sky 20ft up, all power seemed to be lost as it began to fall. Temp was 10c. on Nov 14th in Scotland . I have old style motors (I prefer them). they look and feel more substantial than the new ones ...

Must be a firmware / program problem as I suspected.

I sent mine back with the same problem and its being repaired under warranty. Dji will therefore know about this, and anyone on this site who says don't fly unless the battery is 100% is talking nonsense. I think there is a firmware problem , it may be a battery problem or some other firmware...
