I contacted DJI and had to pay ($49 thru usps) to send it to them but they fixed it (bad wi-fi unit?) and shipped it back for free. Took about 3 weeks total. Works great now.

I submitted my exemption in July, it posted to regulations.org in October and I got my letter granting my exemption in December. So roughly 5 months.

I have my 333exemption and am filling out the 8050-1 to register, am I to leave the line for the N number blank as I don't have one? Also you said you used an Email invoice, so the order confirmation I received from DJI would be accepted? Thanks!
