I came across an article here that explained adding your remote id info for your Phantom 4 Pro V2. I can’t find the original post, but I do have a picture of what you have to do. First update your controller and aircraft. Then follow the picture I posted of the process. Cheers!!

I can’t do it. You have to go to repair.DJI.com . Submit repair request for the gl300e controller. They will suggest you go online to talk with a tech. Do it.

I lost a drone in the woods due to power failure. Even though I could see a picture it was a hopeless situation. I lost it due to a new range extender I was trying that was more 1 direction than Omni direction. I will never trust range extenders again.
